Voided Business Check or Bank Letter, SS4. Additional documents may be needed on a per case basis.
If you choose our Cash Discounting Program, You only pay $24.95 a month. It includes all fees associated with your account including PCI compliance fee. That’s it! We also offer very competitive rates if you choose to opt out from Cash Discounting.
Cash Discounting is where merchants offer a discount to customers who pay with cash instead of a credit or debit card. This approach helps businesses offset the costs of card processing fees, as cash payments don’t incur those charges.
In practice, merchants display prices that reflect the “cash discount” rate. If a customer pays with a card, the discount is not applied, and the total includes a service fee to cover the card processing cost. This method is compliant with regulations as long as merchants clearly disclose the pricing structure to customers upfront.
